When I created Callsheets to Cocktails, it was never just about professional development—it was about creating a space where women could feel seen, supported, and safe while navigating their careers.

After years of working in television and producing, I saw firsthand that landing a job—or building a dream career—isn’t just about applying online and hoping for the best. It’s about relationships. And not the surface-level, transactional kind. I’m talking about real connections—the kind that evolve, challenge you, and remind you that you’re not doing this alone.

But I also knew that “networking” needed a rebrand. It’s not just bars and name tags. It’s the woman next to you in spin class. It’s the conversation over brunch that turns into a business idea. It’s the shared vulnerability over dinner. So we started creating experiences that reflect that—events across LA, New York, and Atlanta ranging from gym classes like spin and Pilates, to educational brunches, intimate dinners, and transformational retreats like our 2024 Bali experience.

We also believe networking transcends titles—and gender. You don’t need to be a CEO to build meaningful connections, and we believe in creating co-ed experiences that are inclusive and expansive. Our upcoming 2026 Portugal retreat is all about that—relaxing, recharging, and connecting with like-minded individuals who want to get away, tap into their creativity, and explore a world outside their own.
